Management Philosophy
The best manager communicates and listens with a caring attitude, provides clear expectations for projects, makes sure adequate tools are in place to do a job well, and removes roadblocks that impede progress. This makes everyone’s job do-able and boosts morale. In addition it fosters cooperation, increases productivity and creates allies.
